Hossam Fouad
Hossam Fouad is the Managing Partner and Co. Founder of Projecta Consult. He has been engaged in sophisticated consulting assignments delivered to major companies in the region.
Within this scope, he has worked on several projects including due diligence, valuation, transformation, feasibility studies, and investment analysis of projects. He has advised companies in relation to investment and financing decisions as well as the allocation of corporate investment and has contributed a major part in the development of companies in different activities such as manufacturing, distribution, paratheatrical, contracting & tourism.
Over the past 29 years, Fouad has gained his experience from his exposure by working in reputable multinational & international companies as Permutit Egypt, US Filters, Vivendi Water Systems, ATC, Al Rashideen Trading Group, ASG Group either local or abroad throughout several managerial positions as a co-founder, general manager, financial director for the ME&A, harmonizing and executing of all commercial, financial, budgetary responsible, and analytical related activities at the district, regional and corporate level, helping corporations re-structure, unify their strategic plan and focus on prime objectives.
Fouad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Helwan University, Leadership Training Course in Paris, Supervisor Training Course in London, IAS Training Course in London, certified trainer by VWS by giving the training and implementation of the ERP systems integration and associated training in Egypt, Dubai, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon for more than 18 companies.

Through his busy career in business and a wide spectrum of management positions in multinationals and local corporations, he has gained his sharp consulting skills helping organizations re-structure, unify their strategic plan and focus on prime objectives.
Taha, through years in managerial positions in different industries outside and inside Egypt as Managing director in Citex Systems Ltd. for 3 years and general manager-Orascom Technology Solutions for 5 years, General Manager & Advanced Computer Technology (ACT), Regional Manager for North Africa in General Electric Information Services (GEIS), Manager of product support and services, IBM/SBM Saudi Arabia and CIO, Sahara Petroleum.
Taha received several Management Education Training programs in various parts of the world as Market-Driven Quality-Advanced Service Business, Direct Marketing at IBM in the UK, Senior Experience Managers at General Electric (GE) in Germany, Electronic Commerce Solutions at General Electric in Orlando, U.S.A, Top Management Workshop in Japan, Branch Business Management, Managing Services, and Solutions at IBM in La Hulpe, Belgium and many more.
Throughout his career, Taha received a variety of achievements and awards both nationally and internationally, and recently in 2012, he was elected as a WITSA board member.
