Hossam Fouad

Gaining from years of experience as a senior financial executive and in several management positions, through the exposure to diverse areas in multinational business enterprises, harmonizing and executing of all commercial, financial and budgetary reporting and analytical related activities at the district, regional and corporate level, reporting directly to the owners, area presidents and senior financial directors, he earned his sharp consulting skills, helping corporations re-structure, unify their strategic plan and focus on prime objectives.

Fouad, through years in managerial positions in different industries outside and inside Egypt, as the MEA finance controller, AL Rashideen Group for 7 years, deputy MEA president, Vivendi Water System Group for 3 years, MEA administration & finance director, USF Filter Group (Part of the Vivendi Water System Group) for 10 years, Cairo station supervisor, Trans World Air Lines (TWA) for more than 7 years, in which he played a major part in starting-up and establishing companies within Egypt and the MEA, was responsible for the implementation of ERP systems integration and associated training in Egypt, Dubai, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon for 18 companies, feasibility studies for the major projects, commercial, and more, furthermore, building and retaining highly motivated work teams, removing obstacles and achieving targets.

Throughout his work experience, Fouad received a number of Management Education Training programs in various parts of the world. These include; Supervisor Training Course, London, 1990; Leadership Training Course, Paris, 1988; IAS Training Course, Certified, London, 1988; GSC certified, London, 1989 and many more.

Fouad, graduated from The Faculty of Commerce, Accounting Major, Helwan University in 1989. He also attendedĀ  CPA exams in Pomona, U.S.A., 1999.

Eng./ Tarek Taha

Through his busy career in business and a wide spectrum of management position in multinationals and local corporations, he has gained his sharp consulting skills helping organizations re-structure, unify their strategic plan and focus on prime objectives.

Eng. Taha, through years in managerial positions in different industries outside and inside Egypt, as the managing director, Citex Systems Ltd. for 3 years and general manager, Orascom Technology Solutions for 5 years, was responsible for all systems integration, products, pre-sales consulting, sales activities andĀ  professional consulting services. Prior to that he was the general manager, Advanced Computer Technology (ACT) for 2 years, regional manager for North Africa, General Electric Information Services (GEIS), manager of product support and services, IBM/SBM Saudi Arabia and CIO, Sahara Petroleum.

Throughout his work experience, Taha received a number of Management Education Training programs in various parts of the world. These include; Market Driven Quality, Advanced Service Business, Direct Marketing at IBM in UK, Senior Experience Managers at General Electric (GE) in Germany, Electronic Commerce Solutions at General Electric in Orlando, U.S.A., Top Management Workshop in Japan, Branch Business Management, Managing Services and Solutions at IBM in Lahulpe, Belgium and many more.

Throughout his career, Taha received a variety of achievements and awards both nationally and internationally, and recently in 2012 he was elected as a WITSA board member.

Taha graduated from The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Alexandria University in 1981. He also received a Diploma on Marketing Profitable Business and Trading from the British College in Jersey, Britain in 1982.
